NOTES:
The quoted rates are subject to 10% VAT and 5% service charge, and are for a maximum of eight guests. The rates are for the rental of the complete villa, which will only be rented out to one party at a time (hence not on a per bedroom basis). Up to 2 additional guests (adults and/or children older than 2 years) can be accommodated on roller beds at an extra charge of US$25++ per day per person. Baby cots and chairs are complimentary.
The above rates include complimentary breakfast for all guests. Last minute booking discount (< 7 days) is US$30 on the rates above. Please contact us to inquire about long term discounts (14 nights or more).

PAYMENT OPTIONS
In order to secure your reservation, we will need a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay. This can be done either through bank transfer or Paypal. All bank charges are to be borne by the guest.
When paying through Paypal, an additional charge of 4% applies. The balance 50% is payable at check-in at Villa Kaniksa and can be paid in cash (USD or Indonesian Rupiah only) or Mastercard/Visa, unless agreed otherwise upfront. For USD cash payments we can only accept current series, whilst for all cash payments only notes in clean and good condition will be accepted. Where relevant, daily local exchange rates will apply. Credit card payments will include a surcharge.
